GoulaFIT Postnatal Workout Sequences

Take what you've learned in your 6 week postnatal program and continue to practice from home in order to optimize your results and restore balanced muscular strength.  A video review of the 5-Star Breath Circle as well as 3 separate workouts.  Select 3 days a week when you can squeeze in 10-15 minutes and select one of the 3 workouts to practice.  The more you repeat, the more likely you are to incorporate the breathing and movement patterns throughout your entire day!
