This 14 Day Motherhood Boost is designed for all moms in their first year with a baby. More specifically, and not limited to moms who:
- Long for more sleep
- Feel drained from hours of feeding and pumping
- Feel like they've lost connection with who she is
- Are longing to feel strong and confident in their bodies again
- Know they need to focus on their own nutrition but are struggling to find the time and energy
- Want to provide in every way they can; while also finding time for self
- Are looking to have open, honest conversations with other moms so we can support one another

After struggling with breastfeeding with my first baby and an undiagnosed prolapse after my second, it became glaringly obvious that we need to provide better education and resources to help women navigate the challenges of this important life transition!

What is the Motherhood Boost?
